About Me

My name is Abby Bester. I am a 3D artist located near Canton, Georgia. I have been working with special FX makeup since 2017 and ceramic art since 2023. Slip-casting being more recent in 2026. I have had a fascination with anatomy and bones for many years and love incorporating it into my art. If you do not see skeletons in my work, you will often find animals and creatures, as those are also a special interest of mine when creating new work. 

My love of monsters and creatures appears in my sculptural work along with my Special FX makeup and prosthetic making. 

 I have completed workshops and classes in Chicago and Atlanta before graduating from Paul Mitchell’s esthetician program in 2020. I completed MUD Makeup Designory's Master Makeup Program in NYC in January of 2022.

 I am currently working towards my Art BA with a focus in Sculpture at Kennesaw State University and will graduate in December 2026

I have done makeup for short films and student films as well as photoshoots that range from natural beauty to colorful Avante-Garde 

I have also worked for NYFW in NYC and Six Flags Fright Fest in Atlanta.
